We've hired design gallery representatives who provide our new home owners with the professional interior design assistance they need to make their house a home of distinction.  Very few Phoenix new home builders offer the level of choice and service you will receive at the Villa Siena Design Gallery.   We want your new home buying experience to be as positive and exciting as possible. 

PERSONALIZE YOUR NEW HOME: Our goal is to offer you the most enticing choices for each of the finishes in your beautiful new home. The Villa Siena Design Gallery is an award winning design showroom, built by Trend Homes to display hundreds of color samples, floor coverings, cabinets and countertops from which to choose.

With the assistance of your design consultant, you will have the pleasure of selecting products and finishes that will truly express your tastes. We want to ensure that your new home reflects your individual tastes and style......not ours, or anyone else's.

• Villa Siena Design Gallery is open for colorization appointments:
  Monday - Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM
  Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM (By appt only)
  Browsing hours: M-F 10 AM to 5 PM
   
  
• Pricing and details on product and option availability can only be furnished during your colorization appointment.
   
  
• In order to prevent the re-scheduling of your design consultation please check in 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
   
  
• Prior to your appointment, give some thought to color schemes. You may want to bring items to help with your colorization, such as a sofa pillow, favorite accessories, or pictures. With your ideas in mind, your design consultant can help make your dreams a reality.
   
  
• For colorization ideas, refer to the latest issues of home decorating magazines, or walk through our beautiful model homes again. This will give you excellent planning tips to help you decide on an interior design scheme.
